1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 490
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 490 on page 3 by
3 replacing lines 14 and 15 with the following:
4 "insuring an individual who is or has been the subject of
5 abuse if the"; and
6 on page 3 by replacing lines 26, 27, and 28 with the
7 following:
8 "including a minor child, to be harassed or intimidated or
9 subject to bodily injury, physical harm, rape, sexual
10 assault, or involuntary sexual intercourse; or"; and
11 on page 4, line 4, by replacing "Section." with "Section.
12 Nothing in this Section, however, shall preclude the
13 jurisdiction of any administrative agency to carry out its
14 statutory authority.".
