2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 484 on page 7,
3 line 5, by replacing "partners and for" with "partners, and
4 for"; and
5 on page 7, line 6, after "corporations,", by inserting "and
6 owners of limited liability companies, if the liability
7 company is treated as a partnership for purposes of federal
8 and State income taxation,"; and
9 on page 15 line 6, by replacing "partners and for" with
10 "partners, and for"; and
11 on page 15, line 7, after "corporations,", by inserting "and
12 owners of limited liability companies, if the liability
13 company is treated as a partnership for purposes of federal
14 and State income taxation,"; and
15 on page 15, line 30, after "companies,", by inserting "if the
16 liability company is treated as a partnership for purposes of
17 federal and State income taxation,"; and
18 on page 15, by replacing line 34 with "Revenue Code."; and
19 on page 16, by deleting line 1.
