1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, It has come to our attention that Sandy and Dave
3 Ruehlman were named as Businesspersons of the Year by the
4 Winnetka Chamber of Commerce; and
5 WHEREAS, They are being honored for their success as
6 owners of the Grand Food Center; and
7 WHEREAS, The store's strengths are its specialty
8 departments, its floral and baking operations and its
9 catering service; and
10 WHEREAS, The Ruehlmans are also active in the community;
11 Mrs. Ruehlman is an officer in the Winnetka Women's Club and
12 Mr. Ruehlman is a member of the Winnetka Rotary Club and the
13 Chamber of Commerce; therefore, be it
14 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
15 NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
16 congratulate Sandy and Dave Ruehlman on being named
17 Businesspersons of the Year by the Winnetka Chamber of
18 Commerce and wish to extend to them our best wishes for the
19 future; and be it further
20 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
21 presented to Sandy and Dave Ruehlman.
