1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives honor many organizations throughout the State
4 that contribute to the needs of others; and
5 WHEREAS, For twenty-five years, the Rehabilitation
6 Institute of Chicago at Alexian Brothers Medical Center has
7 been providing for the needs of the patient; as a
8 rehabilitation center, the Rehabilitation Institute works to
9 insure that each individual receives the best care possible;
10 and
11 WHEREAS, On September 18, 1997, a "25th Rehabilitation
12 Anniversary Celebration" will be held to mark twenty-five
13 years of dedication to serving others; featured events will
14 include wheelchair sports, exhibits, tours of the facility,
15 and rehabilitation demonstrations; therefore, be it
16 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
17 NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
18 congratulate the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago at
19 Alexian Brothers Medical Center on the anniversary of
20 twenty-five years of caring, dedicated, and committed service
21 to the individual and his or her needs; and be it further
22 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
23 presented to the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago at
24 Alexian Brothers Medical Center.
