1 HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION
2 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
3 NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE
4 SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the report of the Compensation
5 Review Board filed in April 1998 as provided in the
6 Compensation Review Act is hereby disapproved in whole in
7 accordance with Section 5 of that Act; and be it further
8 RESOLVED, That a copy of this resolution be directed to
9 the Compensation Review Board.
