Makes a supplemental appropriation for Fiscal Year 1999

preservation and maintenance of the Kendall County Court

1 AN ACT making a supplemental appropriation to the
2 Historic Preservation Agency.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much of that
6 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Historic
7 Preservation Agency for Fiscal Year 1999 for the preservation
8 and maintenance of the Kendall County Court House.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
10 becoming law.
