Amends the Hospital Licensing Act to provide that the
annual report that the Department of Public Health prepares
concerning its activities and operations under the Act shall
be submitted to the Governor and the leadership of both
chambers of the General Assembly within 60 days after the
close of the State's fiscal year.

1 AN ACT to amend the Hospital Licensing Act by changing
2 Section 12.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Hospital Licensing Act is amended by
6 changing Section 12 as follows:
7 (210 ILCS 85/12) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 153)
8 Sec. 12. The Department shall prepare an annual report of
9 its activities and operations under this Act. The annual
10 report shall be submitted to the Governor and the leadership
11 of both chambers of the General Assembly within 60 days after
12 the close of the State's fiscal year.
