1 AN ACT to amend the Minimum Wage Law by changing Section
2 15.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Minimum Wage Law is amended by changing
6 Section 15 as follows:
7 (820 ILCS 105/15) (from Ch. 48, par. 1015)
8 Sec. 15. If any provision of this Act or the application
9 of this Act thereof to any person, employer, occupation or
10 circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of this Act and
11 the application of such provision to other persons,
12 employers, occupations, or circumstances are not affected
13 thereby.
