1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3129
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3129 on page 3,
3 line 25, by changing "Section 10 and adding Section 27" to
4 "Sections 10 and 25"; and
5 on page 4 by replacing lines 32 and 33 with the following:
6 "(415 ILCS 120/25)
7 Sec. 25. Ethanol fuel research program. The Agency
8 shall initiate a research program to reduce the costs of
9 producing ethanol fuels and increase the viability of ethanol
10 fuels, new ethanol engine technologies, and ethanol refueling
11 infrastructure systems. This research shall be funded from
12 the Alternate Fuels Fund. The research program shall remain
13 in effect until December 31, 2002 1999, or until funds are no
14 longer available.
