1 AN ACT to amend the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois
2 by changing Section 46.4.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is
6 amended by changing Section 46.4 as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 605/46.4) (from Ch. 127, par. 46.4)
8 Sec. 46.4. Encouragement of new industries. To encourage
9 new industrial enterprises to locate in Illinois, by
10 educational promotions pointing out the opportunities of the
11 State as a commercial and industrial field of opportunity,
12 and by solicitation of industrial enterprises and to
13 encourage new enterprises to use equipment that utilizes
14 Illinois coal.
