1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1976
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1976, by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:
4 "Section 5. The following named amount is appropriated
5 to the Court of Claims from the Road Fund to pay the
6 following claim in conformity with awards and recommendations
7 made by the Court of Claims as follows:
8 No. 86-CC-0870, Fruin-Colnon Corporation
9 Construction, Known as the Joint
10 Venture, - Contract, damages suffered
11 rom the Department of Transportation
12 in construction of the Jefferson
13 Barracks Bridge ........................... $4,260,511
14 Section 10. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
15 becoming law.".
