1 AN ACT to amend the Children and Family Services Act by
2 changing Section 17a-12.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Children and Family Services Act is
6 amended by changing Section 17a-12 as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 505/17a-12) (from Ch. 23, par. 5017a-12)
8 Sec. 17a-12. Quarterly reports; addiction at birth. The
9 Department shall submit quarterly reports to the Department
10 of Public Health on the number of children in Illinois
11 addicted at birth.
