1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1297
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1297 on page 1 by
3 replacing lines 1 and 2 with the following:
4 "AN ACT to amend the Civil Administrative Code of
5 Illinois by adding Section 46.69."; and
6 on page 1 by replacing lines 5 through 8 with the following:
7 "Section 5. The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is
8 amended by adding Section 46.69 as follows:
9 (20 ILCS 605/46.69 new)
10 Sec. 46.69. Residential energy efficiency.".
