6 under suspension"; and
7 on page 5, line 19 by changing "has refused" to "is currently
8 refusing"; and
9 on page 27, lines 10 and 11 by deleting "or has ever done an
10 act that could result in a sanction under that Section"; and
11 on page 28, line 22 by changing "suspended" to "is currently
12 under suspension"; and
13 on page 28, line 23 by changing "has refused" to "is
14 currently refusing".
