Updating the database of the Illinois Compiled Statutes (ILCS) is an ongoing process. Because the statute database is maintained primarily for legislative drafting purposes, statutory changes are sometimes included in the statute database before they take effect. If the source note at the end of a Section of the statutes includes a Public Act that has not yet taken effect, the version of the law that is currently in effect may have already been removed from the database and you should refer to that Public Act to see the changes made to the current law.

    (410 ILCS 130/90)
    Sec. 90. Renewal of cultivation center registrations.
    (a) Registrations shall be renewed annually. The registered cultivation center shall receive written notice 90 days prior to the expiration of its current registration that the registration will expire. The Department of Agriculture shall grant a renewal application within 45 days of its submission if the following conditions are satisfied:
        (1) the registered cultivation center submits a
    
renewal application and the required renewal fee established by the Department of Agriculture by rule; and
        (2) the Department of Agriculture has not suspended
    
the registration of the cultivation center or suspended or revoked the registration for violation of this Act or rules adopted under this Act.
