Illinois Compiled Statutes (ILCS)
Updating the database of the Illinois Compiled Statutes (ILCS) is an ongoing process. Recent laws may not yet be included in the ILCS database, but they are found on this site as Public Acts soon after they become law. For information concerning the relationship between statutes and Public Acts, refer to the Guide.
Because the statute database is maintained primarily for legislative drafting purposes, statutory changes are sometimes included in the statute database before they take effect. If the source note at the end of a Section of the statutes includes a Public Act that has not yet taken effect, the version of the law that is currently in effect may have already been removed from the database and you should refer to that Public Act to see the changes made to the current law.

Sec. 10-50. Live theater tax credit award program evaluation and reports. (a) The Department's live theater tax credit award evaluation must include: (i) an assessment of the effectiveness of the program | ||

(iii) in the discretion of the Department, a review | ||

(iv) an assessment of the overall success of the | ||

(b) At the end of each fiscal quarter, the Department shall submit to the General Assembly a report that includes, without limitation: (i) an assessment of the economic impact of the | ||

(ii) the amount of accredited theater production | ||
| ||
(iii) a determination of whether those receiving | ||
| ||
(c) At the end of each fiscal year, the Department shall submit to the General Assembly a report that includes, without limitation: (i) the identification of each vendor that provided | ||
| ||
(ii) a statement of the amount paid to each | ||
| ||
(iii) a description of the steps taken by the | ||
