Updating the database of the Illinois Compiled Statutes (ILCS) is an ongoing process.
Recent laws may not yet be included in the ILCS database, but they are found on this site as
Public
Acts soon after they become law. For information concerning the relationship between statutes and Public Acts, refer to the
Guide.
Because the statute database is maintained primarily for legislative drafting purposes,
statutory changes are sometimes included in the statute database before they take effect.
If the source note at the end of a Section of the statutes includes a Public Act that has
not yet taken effect, the version of the law that is currently in effect may have already
been removed from the database and you should refer to that Public Act to see the changes
made to the current law.

Sec. 30.
An applicant who is an Examiner, licensed under the laws of
another state or territory of the United States, or an examiner who has been trained under the training standards determined by the federal government, may be issued a license
by the Department, in its discretion, upon payment of a
fee as set by rule, and the production of:
(a) satisfactory proof that he or she is of good |

(b) satisfactory proof that the requirements for the
|
| licensing of Examiners in such particular state or territory of the United States were, at the date of licensing, substantially equivalent to the requirements then in force in this State; or
|
|
(c) certification, if applicable, that the applicant
|
| has successfully completed the Defense Academy for Credibility Assessment course, or its predecessor or successor course.
