Information maintained by the Legislative Reference Bureau
Updating the database of the Illinois Compiled Statutes (ILCS) is an ongoing process. Recent laws may not yet be included in the ILCS database, but they are found on this site as Public Acts soon after they become law. For information concerning the relationship between statutes and Public Acts, refer to the Guide.

Because the statute database is maintained primarily for legislative drafting purposes, statutory changes are sometimes included in the statute database before they take effect. If the source note at the end of a Section of the statutes includes a Public Act that has not yet taken effect, the version of the law that is currently in effect may have already been removed from the database and you should refer to that Public Act to see the changes made to the current law.

210 ILCS 47/3-213

    (210 ILCS 47/3-213)
Sec. 3-213. Periodic reports to Department.
    (a) The Department shall require periodic reports and shall have access to and may reproduce or photocopy at its cost any books, records, and other documents maintained by the facility to the extent necessary to carry out this Act and the rules promulgated under this Act. The Department shall not divulge or disclose the contents of a record under this Section in violation of Section 2-206 or as otherwise prohibited by this Act.
    (b) The Department shall require a licensee to submit an annual report to the Department certifying that all legislatively or administratively mandated wage increases to benefit workers are passed through in accordance with the legislative or administrative mandate. Failure to report the information required under this Section shall result in appropriate enforcement action by the Department. The Department shall determine the manner and form of the annual report.
