(815 ILCS 177/35) Sec. 35. Applicability to certain entities. No obligation or prohibition imposed upon a creditor, a person, or a facilitator by this Act shall apply to a bank, savings bank, savings and loan association, or credit union operating under the laws of the United States or this State.
