(740 ILCS 22/204.5)

Sec. 204.5.

Trial by jury.

There shall be no right to trial by jury in any
proceeding to
obtain, modify, vacate or extend any civil no contact order under this Act.
However, nothing in this Section shall deny any existing right to trial by jury
in a criminal proceeding.
