Sec. 25-7-103.15. Quick-take;
sports stadium purposes.
Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used
by a municipality having a population of more than 2,000,000 for
the purpose of acquiring the property described in Section 3 of the Sports
Stadium Act.
