Sec. 5-207.
Licensing of towing services as dealers.
Any towing service
that sells or disposes of 5 or more vehicles in a calendar year to anyone
other than a person licensed under Chapter 5 of this Code must also be licensed
under Section 5-102 of this Chapter.
