Sec. 120. Temporary suspension of license. The Secretary may temporarily suspend the license of a certified professional midwife without a hearing, simultaneously with the institution of proceedings for a hearing provided for in Section 125, if the Secretary finds that evidence in his or her possession indicates that continuation in practice would constitute an imminent danger to the public.
