(210 ILCS 100/9) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 549.9)

Sec. 9. All fees shall be submitted in the form of a check or money order. All licenses and permits provided for in this Act shall be displayed in a conspicuous place for public view, within or on said premises. In case of revocation or suspension, the owner or operator or both shall cause the license to be removed and to post the notice of revocation or suspension issued by the Department.
