Sec. 34A-401.1.
Limitation.
Notwithstanding the provisions of any
other law to the contrary, the Authority shall have no power to reject the
Financial Plans, Budgets and Contracts of the Board for the failure of the
Board to keep reserves in excess of $5,000,000.
