(105 ILCS 5/10-20.19b) (from Ch. 122, par. 10-20.19b)

Sec. 10-20.19b. Purchases made pursuant to this Act shall be made in compliance with the "Local Government Prompt Payment Act", approved by the Eighty-fourth General Assembly.
