Sec. 1-4.
Any public library established under Division 48.1 of Article
11 of the "Illinois Municipal Code", approved May 29, 1961, as amended,
or "An Act to authorize townships to establish and maintain free public
libraries and reading rooms", approved March 7, 1872, as amended, shall
be treated as libraries established under this Act and shall be subject
to the provisions of this Act.
