(65 ILCS 5/11-87-2) (from Ch. 24, par. 11-87-2)

Sec. 11-87-2. For the purpose of this Division 87, a water course or stream shall be construed to include all banks, beds, and waters connected with, adjacent, and leading to the watercourse, or stream.
