(40 ILCS 5/14-152) (from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 14-152)

Sec. 14-152. The amendments to Sections 14-123, 14-123.1 and 14-124 of this Article (relating to attainment of age 70) made by this amendatory Act of 1989 shall be retroactive to January 1, 1987.
