Sec. 1.24.
"Premises" means any location where original records are kept;
where tank cars, ships, barges, tank trucks, tank wagons, or other types of
transportation equipment are used to distribute fuel or motor fuel; or where
containers, storage tanks, or other facilities are used to store or distribute
fuel or motor fuel.
