(35 ILCS 10/5-80)
Sec. 5-80. Adoption of rules. The Department may adopt rules
necessary to implement this Act. The rules may
provide for recipients of Credits under this Act to be charged
fees to cover administrative costs of the tax credit program. Fees
collected shall be deposited into the General Revenue Fund.
