Sec. 8.22.

Exempt mandate.

Notwithstanding Sections 6 and 8 of
this Act, no reimbursement by the State is required for the implementation
of any mandate created by Public Act 90-525, 90-568, 90-576, 90-582,
90-679, 90-737, 90-741, or 90-766.
