Sec. 2. For the purposes of this Act:

(b-5) "Department" means the Department of Natural Resources. (c) "Director" means the Director of Natural Resources;

(g) "Historic Sites and
Preservation Division"
means the Division of Historic Preservation within the Department of Natural Resources.
