Amends the Cycle Rider Safety Training Act. Makes a technical change in a provision concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning transportation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Cycle Rider Safety Training Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(625 ILCS 35/1) (from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 801)

Sec. 1. Short title and policy. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the "Cycle Rider Safety Training Act". It is the policy of this State to promote safety for persons and property connected with the use and operation of motorcycles, motor driven cycles and motorized pedalcycles.
