    Amends the State Parks Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning State government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The State Parks Act is amended by changing
5 Section 0.01 as follows:

6     (20 ILCS 835/0.01)  (from Ch. 105, par. 464h)
7     Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~
8 State Parks Act.
