SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Marilyn T. (Tansey) Boudouris of Romeoville, who passed away on July 26, 2018; and

WHEREAS, Marilyn Boudouris worked for Honig Bell as a realtor and retired in 1995 after more than 20 years of service; she was a Pop Warner youth football cheer coach for the Romeoville Little Spartans; and

WHEREAS, Marilyn Boudouris enjoyed watching Dancing with the Stars with the Boudouris girls and working crossword challenges with her sister; she was an avid fan of the Chicago Cubs; and

WHEREAS, Marilyn Boudouris was preceded in death by her husband, James, and her sister, Bernadette (Clark) Everhart; and

WHEREAS, Marilyn Boudouris is survived by her loving sons, S. James (Lisa), Brian (Juliann), and Greg Boudouris; her sisters, Sharon (George) Tadrowski and Judith Tansey; her grandchildren, James "J.T." (Olya) Boudouris and Kathryn (Daniel) Kelly; her great-granddaughter, Charlotte Maryn Kelly; and her nieces and nephews, Candace Owens, Shawn (Walter) Fornek, George (Jolie) and Daniel (Mindy) Tadrowski; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Marilyn T. (Tansey) Boudouris and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Marilyn Boudouris as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
