HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives wish to congratulate Larry and Breona Bynum on celebrating 10 years of marital bliss in 2016; and

WHEREAS, Larry and Breona Bynum met 18 years ago; they began dating 15 years ago and became engaged 12 years ago; and

WHEREAS, Larry and Breona Bynum have two children, Brayden, and Brenden; and

WHEREAS, Larry Bynum is an assembly and test specialist at Caterpillar, Inc.; Breona Bynum is an entrepreneur and hairstylist at Everlasting Images Salon; and

WHEREAS, Larry Bynum enjoys fishing, sports, and working out; Breona Bynum enjoys shopping, reading, and spending time with her family; and

WHEREAS, Larry and Breona Bynum are members of Word of Faith Christian Center in Peoria, where Larry is an usher and a volunteer assistant in the nursery, and Breona is the nursery director for ages six weeks to three years; and

WHEREAS, Larry and Breona Bynum created the "Bynum Bond", the purpose of creating a platform to discuss and uplift marriage in the African American community; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we congratulate Larry and Breona Bynum on celebrating 10 years of marital bliss in 2016, and we wish them many more wonderful years; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Larry and Breona Bynum as a symbol of our respect and esteem.
