SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

415 ILCS 40/7a rep.

Amends the Public Water Supply Regulation Act. Repeals a provision requiring the Department of Public Health to promulgate rules to provide for the addition of fluoride to public water supplies.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Public Water Supply Regulation Act is amended by repealing Section 7a.
