SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

20 ILCS 801/1-45 new
    Amends the Department of Natural Resources Act. Renames the World Shooting & Recreational Complex as the Joel D. Brunsvold World Shooting & Recreational Complex. Effective immediately.

1     AN ACT concerning State government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Department of Natural Resources Act is
5 amended by adding Section 1-45 as follows:

6     (20 ILCS 801/1-45 new)
7     Sec. 1-45. Joel D. Brunsvold World Shooting & Recreational
8 Complex. The World Shooting & Recreational Complex located in
9 Sparta, Illinois shall now be known as the Joel D. Brunsvold
10 World Shooting & Recreational Complex.

11     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
12 becoming law.
