| SENATE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 |
| learn of the death of Michael R. Springer of Lisle, who passed | 4 |
| away on July 1, 2008; and
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, He was born on October 23, 1942 in Evanston; he | 6 |
| graduated from St. Joseph Military Academy in La Grange, Notre | 7 |
| Dame High School for Boys in Niles, and DePaul University, with | 8 |
| a BA and MBA; and
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, He served his country in the United States Marine | 10 |
| Corps; and
| 11 |
| WHEREAS, He was employed with Continental Bank and later | 12 |
| was self employed as a IT consultant; he recently was employed | 13 |
| as a business consultant for Trinity Lutheran School in West | 14 |
| Chicago; and
| 15 |
| WHEREAS, Michael Springer is survived by his daughters, | 16 |
| Maria Larson, Michelle Hosford, and Mary Pat Springer; and his | 17 |
| nephews and nieces, Jesse Springer, Artie Springer, Allan | 18 |
| Springer, Cassandra Babariz, and Tina Babariz; therefore, be it
| 19 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL | 20 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
