| 1 | | AN ACT concerning land.
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
| 4 | | Section 5. The Adjutant General, on behalf of the State of | 5 | | Illinois and the Department of Military Affairs, is authorized | 6 | | to convey by Quitclaim Deed all right, title, and interest of | 7 | | the State of Illinois and the Department of Military Affairs in | 8 | | and to the real estate described in Section 10 to the City of | 9 | | Delavan or the Delavan Township Park District, subject to the | 10 | | conditions and restriction described in Section 15. | 11 | | Section 10. The Adjutant General is authorized to convey | 12 | | the following described real property: | 13 | | TRACT I: | 14 | | Being all of Lot Two (2) and part of Lot Three (3) of Block | 15 | | Twenty (20) of the Original Town, now City of Delavan, Tazewell | 16 | | County, Illinois, as shown on Plat recorded in Deed Book "G", | 17 | | Page 474, Tazewell County Recorder's Officer, further | 18 | | described as follows: | 19 | | Beginning at a 1/2" iron rod, marking the Northwest corner | 20 | | of said Lot 2; Thence North 89° 56' 08" East (Bearings | 21 | | assumed for the purpose of description only) a distance of |

The Adjutant General shall not convey the real | 20 | | property described in Section 10 to the City of Delavan or the | 21 | | Delavan Township Park District until the Adjutant General | 22 | | determines that the property is no longer required for military |

| 1 | | purposes. Conveyance of the above real property will be in an | 2 | | "as is" condition, and the City of Delavan or the Delavan | 3 | | Township Park District will pay all required costs and expenses | 4 | | of the conveyance, as determined by the Adjutant General. The | 5 | | Quitclaim Deed shall state on its face and be subject to the | 6 | | condition that if the property is no longer used for public | 7 | | purposes, then title shall revert without further action to the | 8 | | State of Illinois. | 9 | | Section 20. The Adjutant General shall obtain a certified | 10 | | copy of this Act from the Secretary of State within 60 days | 11 | | after its effective date and, upon the conveyance of the real | 12 | | estate described in Section 10 being made, shall cause the | 13 | | certified copy of this Act to be recorded in the office of the | 14 | | Recorder of Tazewell County.
| 15 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon | 16 | | becoming law.
