| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Rachel Elizabeth Warren of Chesterfield, | 4 | | who passed away on February 8, 2018; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Rachel Warren was born in Litchfield to John E. | 6 | | and Carol E. (Fortunato) Warren on June 17, 1983; and
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Rachel Warren was a stay-at-home mother who | 8 | | enjoyed her children and family; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Rachel Warren was a member of Emmanuel Baptist | 10 | | Church in Carlinville; she enjoyed camping, fishing, cooking, | 11 | | and being outdoors; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Rachel Warren was preceded in death by her | 13 | | brother, Benjamin Warren; and
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Rachel Warren is survived by her parents; her | 15 | | daughter, McKenzie Elizabeth Boston; her son, Brandon Hasquin; | 16 | | her brother, Bill (Rhonda) Warren; her sisters, Cheryl | 17 | | (boyfriend Jason Boston) Warren and Vicki Warren; and her many | 18 | | aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews; therefore, be it
