| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of James W. Sadler of Savoy, who passed away | 4 | | on February 8, 2018; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, James Sadler was born in Urbana to Arthur and | 6 | | Yvonne Sadler on September 23, 1955; he married Barbara Wilson | 7 | | on April 29, 1978; and
| 8 | | WHEREAS, James Sadler was always willing to lend a helping | 9 | | hand and will be missed by all who knew him; and
| 10 | | WHEREAS, James Sadler was preceded in death by his father, | 11 | | Arthur; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, James Sadler is survived by his wife, Barbara; his | 13 | | mother, Yvonne; his daughter, Janna Birge (Dennis); his | 14 | | grandchildren, Cainan, Kiki, Ellie, and Ivan; his brothers, Bob | 15 | | Sadler (Terri), Chuck Sadler (Marcy), and Tom Sadler (Tara); | 16 | | and his sisters, Patricia Adams (Sam) and Karen Bagaasen | 17 | | (Larry); therefore, be it
