| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Jonathan Ormsby "Jonny" Wade II of | 4 | | Jerseyville, who passed away on December 24, 2015; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Jonny Wade was born in Lubbock, Texas on April 9, | 6 | | 2007 to Kimberly Denise and Jonathan Ormsby Wade; his family | 7 | | moved to Mountain View, Missouri when he was 2 and to | 8 | | Jerseyville when he was 6; he enjoyed baseball and fishing and | 9 | | would often spend hours organizing his hooks and lures to | 10 | | prepare for the next trip; and
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Jonny Wade became spiritual as early as 3 years | 12 | | old and was baptized on May 31, 2015; and
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Jonny Wade was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan; | 14 | | and
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Jonny Wade was preceded in death by his | 16 | | great-grandparents, Henry Richard and Viola June Wade, Levi | 17 | | "Bud" and Lillian Dunbar, Sherman and Marjorie Massey, and Alex | 18 | | Carroll and his great-uncle, Larry Wade; and
| 19 | | WHEREAS, Jonny Wade is survived by his twin brother, | 20 | | Jackson "Jacky" Wade; his parents; his half-sister, Kayla |

| 6 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | 7 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | 8 | | Jonathan Ormsby "Jonny" Wade II, and extend our sincere | 9 | | condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved | 10 | | him; and be it further
