| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Katharina Bertha Goldhammer of Lincoln, | 4 | | who passed away on January 16, 2018; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Katharina Goldhammer was born in Emden to | 6 | | Frederick and Wilhelmina (Englehorn) Wiggers on November 3, | 7 | | 1921; she married John H. Goldhammer in Lincoln on October 21, | 8 | | 1961; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Katharina Goldhammer worked for over 25 years at | 10 | | the Glenn Pontiac-Cadillac Dealership as the office manager and | 11 | | bookkeeper; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Katharina Goldhammer was a member of the First | 13 | | United Methodist Church in Lincoln, including the Ruth Circle; | 14 | | she was also a member of ESA Sorority; and
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Katharina Goldhammer was preceded in death by her | 16 | | husband, John; her parents; her siblings, Mildred, Eileen, | 17 | | Frederick, Marvin, Kendall, Thelma, and Milton; and her nephew, | 18 | | Kevin Wiggers; and
| 19 | | WHEREAS, Katharina Goldhammer is survived by her cousin, | 20 | | Harold (Vi) Wiggers; her sister-in-law, Darlene (Bob) Singley; |
