| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Judy K. Clark of Rapids City, Illinois, | 4 | | who passed away on January 31, 2020; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Judy Clark was born to Alvin and Helen (Thornton) | 6 | | Mullery in Moline on April 19, 1944; she proudly served in the | 7 | | United States Air Force during the Vietnam War; she married | 8 | | Donald R. Clark on October 27, 1966 in Bowen; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Judy Clark was preceded in death by her parents, | 10 | | Alvin and Helen (Thornton) Mullery; and her siblings, Paul | 11 | | Thornton, Glenn Gutting, Jean Collins, Shirley Burrell, Keith | 12 | | Gutting, Gary Mullery, Wanda Carr, and Robert Mullery; and
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Judy Clark is survived by her husband, Donald R. | 14 | | Clark; her children, Scott (Julie) Clark, Steffany Clark, | 15 | | Regina (Rob) Sowers,
and Kevin (Sandy) Clark; her | 16 | | grandchildren, Adam, Jordan, Evan, Hayley, Lukas, Nathan, | 17 | | Amber, Josh (Taylor), and Brandon; and her extended family | 18 | | Jorge and Rhonda Tapia; therefore, be it
| 19 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL | 20 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | 21 | | Judy K. Clark and extend our sincere
condolences to her family, |
