| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Angelo A. Marchio of Joliet, who passed | 4 | | away on October 6, 2017; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Angelo Marchio was born in Carbondale, | 6 | | Pennsylvania to Paul Marchio and Philomena (Marchio) Ventura in | 7 | | 1928; and
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Angelo Marchio worked as a carpenter with | 9 | | Carpenters Local Union #174; he was the former owner and | 10 | | operator of Marchio's Tavern; he was a United States Army | 11 | | Veteran of the Korean War; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Angelo Marchio was preceded in death by his loving | 13 | | wife, Kathryn (Hibler) Marchio; and his parents; and
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Angelo Marchio is survived by his sons, Anthony, | 15 | | Michael, and Stephen (Gayle) Marchio; his grandchildren, | 16 | | Nicholas and Vincent Marchio; his brother, Bruno (the late | 17 | | Carol); his sister-in-law, Mary Lou (Ron) Erjavec; his nieces | 18 | | and nephews, Paul, David, Lori, Gina, Dean, and Sue; and his | 19 | | devoted companion, Barbara Confer; therefore, be it
