1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1370
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1370, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 2 on page 5, by replacing lines 1 through 5 with the following:
5         "(8) Any person who violates Section 52.6 of this Act
6     shall receive a written warning from the Agency in lieu of
7     a civil penalty for the first violation of that Section, a
8     civil penalty of up to $5,000 for the second violation of
9     that Section, and a civil penalty of up to $15,000 for a
10     third or subsequent violation of that Section."; and

11 on page 12, line 12, by replacing "2030" with "2032".
