1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3631
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3631 as follows:

3 on page 3, line 6, by deleting "and"; and

4 on page 3, by replacing line 9 with the following:
5     "systems, appointed by the Governor;
6         (8) the Director of the Illinois State Police or the
7     Director's designee; and
8         (9) one member of a statewide organization
9     representing professional engineers appointed by the
10     Governor."; and

11 on page 3, line 23, by replacing "plan" with "plane".
