1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3115
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3115, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
4 No. 1, on page 2, line 1, by deleting "and the transferor"; and

5 on page 2, line 3, immediately after "plan", by inserting
6 "signed by both the transferee and the transferor"; and

7 on page 2, line 17, by replacing "If" with "The Department
8 shall approve or deny the transition plan within 15 days after
9 submission. If"; and

10 on page 2, line 20, immediately after the period, by inserting
11 "A denial of the transition plan is not grounds for the
12 Department to deny a change of ownership application.".
